Free Spirit Holistic Therapies launched in January 2011 and offers a range of classes and therapies in: Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.

Free Spirit Holistic Therapies is run by Katy Wise who has lived in Bournemouth (on the South Coast of England), all of her life. Katy completed an Undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2007 and has been a qualified Childcare practitioner since 1998.

Katy has been interested in holistic therapies and alternative remedies since she was a child and is fascinated by the healing powers and beauty of crystals.

Katy is extremely passionate about her work and the ability we have to heal ourselves and would like to share this with you. Her vision is to introduce Yoga and Meditation to all Primary Schools in the U.K.

Katy holds an enhanced DBS.
