All you need to know about Mindfulness

Mindfulness means paying attention to what is happening right now. It is all to do with noticing what we don’t normally notice and this can be done by exploring things with each of our senses. It is about focusing on the present moment, not getting caught up in past events, which are out of our control or worrying about what may or may not occur in the future.

During each session you will learn how to bring mindfulness into your every day life by using the following techniques:
